Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 20, 2026
OtomoAI is committed to making otomoai.com.my usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, switch devices, or keyboard-only navigation. This statement describes what we aim for, how we check it, what we know is still incomplete, and how to tell us about a problem.
Conformance target
We design and build this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is the current version of the internationally recognised accessibility standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and Level AA is the conformance level most commonly referenced in accessibility law and procurement worldwide.
Conformance to Level AA is our target for every page, not a claim that every page meets every success criterion at every point in time. See 'Known limitations' below for what we know is still incomplete.
The W3C WCAG 2.2 Level AA logo shown on this site is our own declaration of that target for the pages in scope below. W3C does not review or validate it, and it is not a certification by W3C or any other body.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers the pages published at otomoai.com.my — our marketing website, including the homepage, product pages, blog, and policy pages such as this one.
It does not cover the OtomoAI customer dashboard at app.otomoai.com.my, which is a separate web application with its own codebase, or any third-party site we link to.
How we evaluate conformance
Conformance to WCAG cannot be established by an automated scanner alone. Automated tools reliably catch mechanical errors — a missing form label, insufficient colour contrast, a missing page language — but cannot judge whether alternative text is actually meaningful, whether a reading and focus order makes sense, or whether an error message genuinely helps someone recover.
We evaluate this site primarily through knowledgeable human review against the WCAG 2.2 success criteria — checking heading structure, keyboard operation, colour contrast, link and label text, and screen reader behaviour — supported by automated tooling to catch mechanical errors between reviews. We have not commissioned an external, independent accessibility audit of this site.
Known limitations
We have not catalogued a complete list of outstanding accessibility issues on this site. As we identify barriers — through our own review, automated tooling, or reports from visitors — we will describe them here along with our plan to address them, rather than leave this section blank.
Report a barrier
If you find a page, feature, or piece of content on this site that you cannot access, email us at enquiry@otomoai.com.my with a short description of the problem and the page it's on. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to respond with a plan or a fix based on the severity of the barrier.
About this statement
WCAG 2.2 is also published as the international standard ISO/IEC 40500:2025. We conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a technical standard — we do not claim compliance with any specific accessibility statute, and no organisation, including W3C, certifies or accredits a website's conformance. Malaysia does not currently impose a general statutory accessibility duty on private-sector websites; we publish this statement as a voluntary commitment to our own target, not because law requires it.
We will update this statement whenever our conformance status changes, and review it at least once a year. For our data practices, see the Privacy Policy; for how we protect the platform, see Security.
