The founders of OtomoAI

Ritchie leads systems engineering, AI architecture, and integration infrastructure at OtomoAI. He builds WhatsApp workflows, back-office automations, and web applications that connect directly into client databases, accounting systems, and CRMs.

Educated in computing at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Ritchie was a member of the four-student APU diploma team that won the Gold Award and Best of Gold Award at Edu@Innovate 2025 (The Star, 29 June 2025). Every technical architecture, security safeguard, and API integration built for OtomoAI clients is designed and verified under his direct supervision.

Samuel leads commercial partnerships, operations, and workflow scoping at OtomoAI. He focuses on Malaysian security firms, accounting and auditing practices, and insurance agencies. He maps where their staff lose time to messages and manual admin.

Samuel runs the discovery step before any build. He finds which tasks are worth automating and which should stay manual. After handover, he checks that each system fits the way your staff already work.
