The work is outbound: finding business owners, reaching them on WhatsApp, and explaining what an automation would take off their plate. Each deal runs from the first message to a signed customer, then moves into build.

OtomoAI is looking for a Computer Science / IT Intern to help build, test, and maintain customer automation workflows, AI chatbot systems, and internal tooling for service businesses across Malaysia.

You will gain hands-on experience with production workflow automations, WhatsApp integrations, frontend web apps, databases, and AI prompt and tool pipelines.
