Who owns the website and domain?
You do. We can host the website, or your business can. Either way, the domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name, so the website, the domain and every account stay with you if you stop working with us.
How is a website priced?
Each website comes in one of two tiers, Basic or Business. Either tier can be bought one-time, or as a lower build fee plus a monthly care plan. The care plan covers hosting, backups, uptime, security and content edits. The Business tier also includes the Web Agent, which answers questions on the site. Get in touch and we quote for your case.
Can you just fix our current website?
No, the site is rebuilt. Patching means inheriting someone else’s decisions and staying locked into their technology. Domain and email carry over. A rebuild does not reset the ranking the domain already has, and does not promise new rankings.
Can I edit the website myself?
Content, yes, and we hand over edit access. The build itself, no. That is what the care plan covers: hosting, backups, uptime, security and content edits.
Will a new website get me to number one on Google?
No. We do technical setup and optimisation only, and ranking results are not guaranteed.
