How our automations work
OtomoAI builds workflow automations for Malaysian service businesses. An automation takes over a repeated admin task: keying in invoices, confirming and rescheduling bookings, sending quote follow-ups, rebuilding the weekly report, and keeping one schedule the same everywhere it is written down. It connects the tools you already use, such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Billplz, Stripe, Xero and Bukku. For e-Invoicing, invoices are prepared in the format LHDN's MyInvois system accepts. Your team keeps the same work and hands the repeat steps to the automation. Each automation comes with a monthly care plan, and you get a written quote after one free call.
Where the week goes
- Invoices. Each invoice is keyed into the accounting system by hand, one at a time.
- Confirmations. An unconfirmed booking still needs someone to chase it.
- Reporting. The same weekly report is rebuilt from the same numbers, every week.
- Rescheduling. One changed booking means notifying everyone else it touches.
- Follow-ups. An unanswered quote still needs a second message.
- Reconciliation. One schedule, kept straight across two or three places it is written down.
