FAQ

If yours is not here, write to enquiry@otomoai.com.my.

Do you host it?

Yes, or the business can host it. Either way, the domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name.

What if we leave?

The website, the domain and every account stay with you.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. A firm timeline comes with the consultation or the quote.

Can I edit the automations myself?

No. Automations run on our own systems, and every change is a request sent to us.

What happens if I stop working with you?

The website, domain and data stay with you. Automation is a separate service, and it runs only while its plan is active.

Do you cover my area?

Klang Valley, yes: visits are the default. Nearby states are usually workable and factored into the quote. Further out, we meet online, and travel when the job needs it.

How much for the chatbot?

Pricing is on request while we finalise our plans. Get in touch and we will quote for your case.

How much for automation?

It depends on what's costing you time. The free consultation turns that into a fixed-scope quote.

Will SEO get me to number one?

No. Technical setup and optimisation only; rankings aren't guaranteed.

What about a large or custom job?

Subject to availability. Turning down work beats doing it badly.

What payment methods do you accept?

DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch ’n Go eWallet, Visa, and Mastercard. Verified Hong Leong Bank details and the official DuitNow QR are published on our payment page.

Can you just fix our current site?

No, the site is rebuilt. Patching means inheriting someone else’s decisions and staying locked to their stack.

Can I edit it myself afterwards?

Content, yes, with edit access handed over. The build itself, no. That is what the care plan covers.

Do I get a chatbot?

The Business tier includes the Web Agent, answering questions on the site. The Chatbot is a separate, standalone product, priced on its own.
